We are sad to announce that GreatSkinAZ is closing its doors on January 15, 2009. On that day we will transfer your medical files to New Horizons Med Spa where you will be able to continue receiving your care. If you wish to have your medical records transferred to another healthcare provider, please contact us and we will transfer your records to that office.

In transitioning GreatSkinAZ’s patient base to their practice, New Horizons has taken great care to ensure that your skin care procedure regiment will continue seamlessly through their care. They will complete procedure packages; honor all pricing quotes and/or coupons; and, of course, give full credit for any prepayments you may have made. New Horizons is there to provide the best care possible with regards to your skin care; and do so in a manner that is satisfactory to you.
New Horizons Med Spa is owned by two physicians… Dr. Monte R. Swarup, M.D., FACOG; and Dr. Andrew C. Villa, Jr., M.D., FACOG, FACS, FIC. They are board-certified physicians and certified in BOTOX® Cosmetic, derm fillers such as Restylane® and Juvederm™, and laser procedures including the latest in PROFractional™ technology. Their licensed cosmetologist is Michelle Strange, R.C., CMLT. Michelle is licensed through the state of Arizona and has extensive training in skin care and laser treatments.
